ploynt
A German gaming and LAN-party community that shut its doors in 2011, and would have stayed shut had its entire database not turned up, perfectly intact, on an old hard drive somewhere. What follows is a proper rebuild on modern infrastructure, not a lick of paint over the old thing, and, rather touchingly, real members of the original community wandered back within the first week.
FloorView
Your Shopify traffic, rebuilt as a small 3D shop you can walk around. Watch shoppers browse live, wind any past day back to follow one visit from the door to the till, and (with Pro) offer a stuck shopper a hand. No cameras anywhere; it is all reconstructed from events the store already records.
Vectron
A free tool that turns an ordinary image into a proper SVG, entirely in your browser. Eight sensible presets, nine controls that are actually named after what they do, and a queue for when you have forty logos rather than one. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Simpson Desert Guide
A bespoke Ghost site for a self-published offroad e-book. Eight page templates, each built for its own kind of content, a fair amount of tasteful animation, and paid membership so the book can be read a chapter at a time.
The Feedback-Driven Developer
An editorial-style landing page for a software engineering book, treated like a proper publication rather than a startup. Serif type, a bit of grain, a timeline of updates, a live demo tucked in the corner, and page transitions that do not need a framework.
MyBizKit
A full e-commerce platform for a small Australian 3D-printing business. Customers design their product in the browser in 3D before buying, and a one-person workshop runs the whole shop from an admin panel without ever calling a developer.
Crafted Finance
A complete site for a family finance broking business, designed, built and live in under a week. Nuxt 4 and Tailwind, clean, quick, and set up to be found in local search.
Vendos E-commerce Growth Platform
A growth platform for Australian offroad and outdoor retailers, built on Nuxt 3, with a commission model instead of a monthly retainer. Vendos only gets paid when the shop sells more.
Vendos POS - NETO Point of Sale System
A point-of-sale system for automotive and outdoor businesses running on NETO. It gives the person at the trade counter the same catalogue, stock and payment options the website has, instead of a receipt book and a guess.
Canetoad Equipment
A Maropost (ex-NETO) storefront taken apart and rebuilt as a headless Vue 3 shop, with the vehicle you drive front and centre. Same back office, much better shopfront.
MotorMeister
A full rebrand and a new website for a Brisbane diesel specialist. AA-Autotech became MotorMeister, German-heritage identity and all, on a site that is fast and turns up in local search.
JK Warehouse
An e-commerce system for a Jeep Wrangler parts dealer that gives one person the tools of a much bigger operation: orders, stock forecasting and marketing that mostly look after themselves.
