Vendos POS - NETO Point of Sale System
A point-of-sale system for automotive and outdoor businesses running on NETO. It gives the person at the trade counter the same catalogue, stock and payment options the website has, instead of a receipt book and a guess.
Give the person standing at the counter the same shop the website already gives everyone else.
The Challenge
The NETO automotive businesses had excellent websites and then a walk-in experience of paper invoices, hunting through a catalogue, two payment types and a phone call to check stock. Staff were juggling separate systems while the customer stood there waiting.
The Solution
The POS is built specifically for NETO shops: search by make, model and year, a queue for when there is more than one customer, a second screen so people can enter their own details in peace, live catalogue and stock from NETO, several ways to pay including PayPal, and an invoice that arrives by email before the customer has left.
