Vendos E-commerce Growth Platform

A growth platform for Australian offroad and outdoor retailers, built on Nuxt 3, with a commission model instead of a monthly retainer. Vendos only gets paid when the shop sells more.

The Mission

Give offroad and outdoor retailers a growth partner that only wins when they do, rather than one that bills the same either way.

// The Problem

The Challenge

Retailers in the offroad and outdoor space wanted a partner who actually knew the sector and was paid on results, not another agency charging a flat monthly fee regardless of what happened to sales.

// The Approach

The Solution

The platform is built around a commission model: Vendos takes 4 to 8 percent of sales, keeps the client list capped at ten so everyone gets proper attention, and shares what works across all of them. The stack is modern mostly so it stays quick as the shops grow.

Have something that needs
building properly?

A shop that actually sells things, some awkward bit of logic nobody else wants to touch, or just a second opinion on what you already have. The workshop is open.
