JK Warehouse

An e-commerce system for a Jeep Wrangler parts dealer that gives one person the tools of a much bigger operation: orders, stock forecasting and marketing that mostly look after themselves.

The Mission

Give a one-person Jeep parts business a shop it can genuinely run alone, with the orders, stock and marketing mostly on autopilot.

// The Problem

The Challenge

A small, time-poor business needed something with enterprise features that one person could actually operate, while competing with much larger retailers.

02
// The Approach

The Solution

The shop prioritises orders on its own, forecasts stock from past seasonal data, takes payments, sends the routine emails without being asked, and gives the owner an admin dashboard that says what is about to run out.

Have something that needs
building properly?

A shop that actually sells things, some awkward bit of logic nobody else wants to touch, or just a second opinion on what you already have. The workshop is open.
